JESSICA LUNA
OWNER | PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
I believe the best rooms are the ones that feel like they've always belonged, layered with pieces that carry a story and built around the architecture a home was already given, not against it. That belief didn't start in design school. It started on stage, where I grew up dancing and learned to notice the detail in every costume and backdrop. It deepened years later as a registered nurse, when I saw firsthand how much a room's atmosphere shapes the people living inside it and how little that principle was honored in the sterile spaces I worked in every day.
When my husband and I bought our own fixer-upper, I finally had a home of my own to bring that belief to life. I earned my design certificate from Parsons and became a Maria Killam Certified True Color Expert™, and what began as helping friends and family became JLL Interiors.
Today, I work with homeowners who love English architecture, antiques, and rooms with real depth — clients who trust me to bring a point of view to their home rather than assemble one from a list of options. My goal with every project is the same: a home that honors its own architecture, gets richer with age, and is loved for generations.
When I'm not designing, I'm probably curled up with a good book, antiquing, or at the table with my husband, our two boys, and our two border collies.
