THE PROCESS
Research

During the research phase, we'll talk through your home's story — what stays, what changes, and what it needs to feel complete. Together we'll set a clear timeline, investment plan, and scope, so every decision after this point is one you don't have to make twice.
Procurement

Once the design is finalized and approved, we take over the sourcing and ordering of every item needed to complete the project. We leverage our relationships with trusted vendors to ensure we get the best possible pricing and delivery times. We take care of storage and tracking of all items to make sure everything is accounted for and arrives on time.
Development

Elements of your design start to come together during the development phase. This is where more research, site visits, estimates, and sourcing come in to play. Any needed renderings, floor plans, and detailed lists of your finishes are developed to help you visualize what's to come.

Installation
This is when your design is brought to life! Your furnishings and finishes are brought into your home, installed, and styled properly. Construction wraps up and we do a walkthrough, punch list completion, final photos, and closeout of project.
